8 Tips and Tricks for healthy Hair

1:45 AM

Hey Guys!

I've been very quiet recently, I'm very sorry. I was sick and there were a lot of things happening :( But I'm back now!
So I wanna start again by giving you tips and tricks for healthy hair. I'll probably forget a few things or I'll learn new things so there are gonna be updates and new posts about this :)

Here we go:

1. Don't wash your hair every day! That's very damaging and makes your
hair oily quicklier. You can use dry shampoo, when you feel like your
roots are getting a little oily. Also, you could put your hair up so people
won't notice. Wash your hair maybe every 3-4 days, if you can.

2
. When you wash your hair, only use a walnut sized portion of shampoo
and only wash and massage your scalp. You don't actually need to put
shampoo on the ends of your hair. The amount of shampoo that flows
down from your scalp when you wash it off is already enough.

3
. Always use a conditioner after you're done shampooing your hair! That's     more important than you may think. And/Or you can use a hair mask           once a week (or more often, I don't really know since I just use                     conditioner). The Macademia Hair Repair mask is supposed to be very       good.

4
. After you're done washing your hair, you can go ahead and air dry it or if
you're like me, who washes her hair in the evening and you sleep                 afterwards, you can blowdry it, BUT be careful. Don't let your hair get too     hot, because that is obviously also very damaging. Some people never       blowdry their hair, because they think it's bad but it's not, as long as your     hair and scalp don't get too hot.

5
. Use hair serums like Argan Oil for example. They help to really nourish       your hair and make it a whole lot more healthy.

6
. Don't use too much heat, for example when you style your hair with a           curling wand or a straightener. It's okay to use them, but not everyday
and don't go over the same strand of hair over and over again. And
PLEASE use heat protectant. I don't have to explain this, do I.

7.
Don't use hair ties that have metal in it. It'll break your hair. Go for                 elastics or ties that don't have metal in it. Your hair will thank you :)

8
. This one is pretty obvious: Don't color your hair so much!

Those are all I could think of right now, but I'm sure there will be more soon :) Those tips are all tips that I use every day and I can say that they 100% work! (at least for me)

That's all I have to say for now. It's been pretty rough days lately. My dad's in the hospital (but he's coming back tomorrow! YAY!), I broke up with my boyfriend, something absolutely terrible happened to my uncle in syria... F***ing war. If people could just talk normally to each other and start using their brains there wouldn't be any war. Or stupidity. I can't be the only one who gets mad at stupid people, come on!

Anyway, I'll talk to you soon!

Bye!~
