Body Slimming Detox Water + Diet Routine

Anyway,
I wanted to show you a weight loss detox water today cause that's what I've been drinking the past 2 days. I'll be meeting a friend on monday and I wanna look my best so I decided that my belly fat needs to go somewhere else.




What you're going to need:

- ½ lemon
- just a few thin slices of cucumber
- about ½ cup of strawberries
- a lot of water (I use 1l)
- a few ice cubes if you wish

Note: This is not the only way to do it. You can put whatever fruits you like in there. I chose lemon, because it is well known for weight loss! You can even just put the lemon in the water and it'll already help you lose weight. I would have added mint leaves but I didn't have any. I tried putting in a few grapefruit slices but it made the water really bitter and I didn't like drinking it. The strawberries are also good for anti aging. There are many many other recipes out there you just have to google them (: This is one of the easiest I feel like.

What you're going to do:

First I put the container next to me. Then I cut the lemon into thin slices and put it into the container. Next I grab my cucumber and put about 5-10 thin slices into the container. I also cut the strawberries into thin slices and put them in there. Then I put about 4 ice cubes in there and add the water.

You want to put it into the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before you drink the water, to let the vitamins and everything you need infuse into the water. You always have to drink it cold! That way it'll be fresher and your body actually burns calories by warming up the cold water to body temperature.
Also, the fruits shouldn't be in there for more than 24 hours. You always want to keep it fresh for the best results.

I've been trying to lose weight with this and guys it really works.
But additionally to that I did more. You can totally just drink this and eat healthy but I want to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time.

I drink 3 cups of green tea a day. 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening before going to bed. Drinking 3 cups of green tea a day is very healthy and it burns a lot of calories.

Also, you could add grapefruit juice to your diet. Bubzbeauty posted an Instagram picture, saying that she drinks 1 glass of grapefruit juice before every meal. It helps her not to overeat. She slimmed down a bit and her skin is glowing. You should try doing that!

But I also workout. Guys trust me just do it haha
I hated doing it too and I still do, because I'm in so much pain every time BUT it helps toning your body, slimming down and it keeps you fit. Now I can't go a day without working out, because I'd feel so bad.

That's all I do and I try not to eat much at all. On Sunday I won't eat anything to slim down my belly (it works). And no, fasting one day is not unhealthy, it is even supposed to be healthy.
